Mount Wise, Plymouth’s Village by the Sea, is offering just five homeowners the chance to part exchange their existing properties for a brand new four bedroom house within the first phase of its exciting development.
The part exchange package provides the homeowner with a guaranteed cash buyer, whilst also saving them money on estate agents’ fees. With the offer extending to the first five successful applicants it is expected to be well received, appealing to sellers wanting to avoid being part of a chain.
Each four bedroom house in Phase One boasts a Georgian-inspired design with high ceilings, large sash double-glazed windows and an elegant limestone fireplace in the living room. Every four bedroom home also has its own rear garden, allocated parking and en suite to the master bedroom.

The Mount Wise site covers 28 acres and is located approximately one mile from Plymouth’s city centre.
The scheme has planning permission for 469 homes, a 21 bedroom hotel, office space, a 4,500 sq ft convenience store, a new cricket pavilion and a 50,000 sq ft data storage centre.
The launch weekend took place in September 2010 and saw more than 3000 visitors. Work on the first phase also commenced in September 2010 and the first show home opened up to the public on Saturday 7th May 2011.
